p0141 wont go off

I'm running prb ecu with wideband in 2003 ukdm type r with wiring mod that should be done. Everything is fine except since my secondary o2 sensor is unpluged I got check light and p0141 error code. I disabled the OBDII (unchecked field in ecu options ->enable emission error checking.) but the light is still on. What could be the problem.

I found it : closed loop->secondary o2 sensor enabled (unchecked)
