Required Items for 05-06 RSX Type-S w/Raceheader Reflash

Just to make it clear for myself and anyone else that's been boggle by this question..

Is it fair to say I only need to send in my ECU and the required document for the 05-06 RSX Type-S w/Raceheader Reflash?

Sorry if it's stated somewhere, but I couldn't find it..

That is correct. The form actually says eactly what needs to be sent.

Here's why I'm bringing up this concern. I just purchase the reflash and on the list below (from my Hondata ECU Reflash Form) it doesn't say that its not needed for the 05/06 RSX.

[ ] ECU
[ ] Immobilizer (not needed for 06/07 Civic or 06 S2000)
[ ] One Key (not needed for 06/07 Civic or 06 S2000)
[ ] A filled out and signed copy of this form
[ ] Copy of Club RSX order

And also what is the copy of Club RSX order form? Do I print out the actual Merchant Order Confirmation email and send it?

That is not a the form from our website. If you look at the form on our website you will see that it is specific.

The copy I posted was in the actual email sent from customerservice@kseriesparts.com after I submitted my order, maybe they mistakenly sent me an older version of the form? So, I'm going to contact them and also feel out the form you posted and send both in with my ecu. !??

The 05-06 RSX reflash does not need to have the immobilizer sent in.
