Help!!!

FP Manager ver 1.5.6
No calibration loaded (was the Hondata reflash, now returned to stock, but not unlocked)
2013 Civic Si
ECU# - 37820-RX0-A12
Mods : Injen CAI

So I recieved my FP today. When through the process of updating, registering and locking to vehicle. I then proceeded to upload the reflash for my vehicle.

It worked, although the MIL was on and my I-mid was flashing: is this normal after flashing? Never did this on my h gen Si...
Check Braking system
Check Emissions system
Check Airbag System

The vehicle started with no problem and drove without issue, I drove for about 45mins and when I returned home, shut off the car. I then wanted to return everything to stock as I am going F/I next week and just wanted to test out the unit. I turned the Igntion to ON getting ready to reflash when I noticed the MIL had disappeared - all good. Now for the bad:

It wouldn't let me return to stock/unlock - An error box poped up stating " The Ecu Vin has not been recorded" It does show my VIN under the History tab though????
Tried to upload the same map again - An error box popped up stating " This Flashpro can only be used with Civic Si 2012/ILX 2013 Americas vehicles. The current vehicle is a Unknown.

With everythign plugged in and the key in the on position, please go to Help, and click on send information to Hondata support. Include a detailed description of the problem.

It appears like you did unlock it. You do not have to unlock it when you return it to stock, especially if you are planning on doing more tuning later on. The only reason you need to unlock it is if you plan to sell the vehicle or FlashPro.

What I did that solved all issues was I clicked "Update Drivers" after that, communication commenced and I was able to unlock/lock, reflash, no check engine lights or I-Mid display warnings.

You may be right, I am not sure as it go through the unlock pop screens when I tried....

Either way, thank you for the quick and helpful service!

Now, please add BBG and Air temp Ignition compensation tables! :)
