d16z6 with d15 tranny

wats up guys....im new to this forum and had a question...did some searching and not yet got really any answer....I got a d16z6 with dc header intake and straight pipe back....I had to swap out tranny cuz 3rd was popping out so I put the s20 A000 tranny in cuz I got it for $50...I kno its the lx/dc tranny with longer gears...I got the s300 and just have stock d16z6 basemap on it now but was curious if I could change anything in the s300 to give it a little more...if I get on it in first and slam second it bogs out then goes..maybe motor mounts but any help is greatly appreciated...thanks hondata
