s300 problem

i just bought a hondata s300 and the only way i can setup a calibration is if i erase the ecu which turns the steady red light, green then i can upload it but once i shut the car off it erases nd it bogs misfires and taps out at 3k rpms

also when it does work launch contol doesnt work it just shuts down

im using the latest software (not the beta) and the serial number is 12561
