06 k24a2 kpro help

I just did a 06 k24a2 swap on my ep3.i uploaded the base kai that kpro offer.been looking to get a tune on it but there isn't any good shop out here in reno nv. I heard that if I tune it in cal it's not going to work the same since I live in reno.but Idk if its true. Wanna try to tune it myself but don't know much so I don't want to mess up the motor.

Blox Throttle Body Adapter for K Series RBC Manifold

Does anyone have a Kai that would work for my setup. Or know any good tuner to tune my car reno nv. Help me
