skunk2 intake manifold/thottle body installation

im about to get my throttle body for my intake manifold. its a pro series skunk2 intake manifold and a 70mm pro series throttle body. i need to know what to do with the FITV when i install it and do i need to replace map sensors and the sensor that is close to the firewall? what else is neccessary for this replacement? and my engine is the d16z6 94 civic ex coupe.
