Hello. Is there any way i can wire 8 injectors to run s300. Thanks.

Not without damaging the ECU. The ECU is designed to only run 4 injectors.

What if you change resistors. So 2 injectors get triggered at 1 time

You can run 8 high impedance injectors for short periods without a problem. At idle the duty cycle is low enough that they will be ok, and as long as the maximum load is limited in time (eg a drag race) the injector driver will not overheat. But then, if you're using 8 x 1000cc+ injectors, you're not going to maintain full throttle for long periods.
