As title states please review datalog attached for anything out of the ordinary...
I recently replaced wastegate actuator on my car due to having a ripped diaphragm on my previous one and when i go to crank engine it just began to idle rough and read full lean for some reason. Fuel pressure is at 40-45 psi at idle, compression test turn out fine, there is no vacuum leaks that i can find, there is no exhaust leaks i can find, all sensors seem to be working fine, cam timing is on point, ignition timing- I tried to adjust without timing light
(timing light is broken) via distributor, with set timing option link on Hondata clicked, to see if it made any difference but none whatsoever...However, for some reason the car is reading 20+- ignition timing when idling when it used to read 16+-... car spark plugs look like from a car running lean after short drive, new spark wires, cap and rotor... it just doesn't run right at all and from what i have been told it isn't mechanical as if you rev engine via throttle it will sound normal but when it settles back down to idle or i go drive it sound rough, sputters, there isn't any error codes being reported on ecu...there isn't any smoke at all...if you will please do me a favor and see if you can spot anything out of the ordinary... also, the car is tuned and this began after i replaced the wastegate but previous day car ran fine with no problems beside the wastegate diaphragm being ripped which cause me to overboost up to 13lbs when tuned for 10lbs for a split second as i tried to adjust actuator arm to lower boost not knowing it had a ripped diaphragm until i cracked open wastegate actuator that day and found diaphragm ripped causing it to leak... would it have an affect on tune (Professionally Dynometer Tuned) if it was tuned on ripped diaphragm to now that there is a new working internal actuator ? Please reply since this is my only car which i need for school and work... thanks
