Failure: Check system

I got a problem after reflash the ECU, herewith the photo. I can't return back to original setting too, what's the problem of it?

from help, about, what version of software are you using? What does the software show in the bottom left hand corner when you have everything plugged in and the key on?

My frd sharing his custom map to me which turn by the turner. I don't know whether the custom map only for unique car which reg the chassis no. WHile i resume all to normal setting then install gp N map again, It's FINE now. Thanks for your supporting.
