Ecu looks good so does the wiring....

The irridium plugs have nothing to do with it, those are oem plugs and they work fine on my car

I tryed the ecu in another car the same problem continues. One thing I did notice though was when the red light came on I picked up the ecu to plug it in and the red light turned to green. So any thoughts on what that is? I looked for connection problems again... Still found nothing.....

Sounds like a cold solder joint. Post a picture that is close up and in focus of the solder joints.

In the second picture there is no solder AT ALL on the last pin on the right on the top row.

Damn I didn't even notice that.. I sent it in to you guys to get soldered because I was nervous to solder it my self. So I guess where do I go from here? Do I risk soldering it or send it back to you guys?

You can just solder this, that should fix it.
