Please help with my current hondata tune (RICH IDLE)
Please help with my current hondata tune (RICH IDLE)
Ok so i bought a gsr swap and it came with hondata s300. it has a tune on it already and only runs with this and none of the basemaps. he said he street tuned it but really had no knowledge of what he was doing. i have a wideband and it slowly just drops to around 10-11 during idle. on startup it will be around 14-15. then slowly drop. i have 440 injectors, aem fuel rail, skunk2 intake, and im pretty sure there not stock cams. i was wondering if anyone could look at my tune and see if they see anything they can change or how to stop me from running so rich. i know the 440 injectors are overkill but theres gotta be a way to lower the mixture. please i would appreciate any help.

Re: Please help with my current hondata tune (RICH IDLE)
I would highly recommend getting this properly tuned on the dyno to avoid damaging the engine.
Re: Please help with my current hondata tune (RICH IDLE)
i dont have enough money to take it to the dyno right now. i just kinda need a basemap or something to get me safely drive around.
Re: Please help with my current hondata tune (RICH IDLE)
wire the wideband into the log and post it!

Re: Please help with my current hondata tune (RICH IDLE)
on the display in hondata. where it shows AF value what should it read. mine just read like 1.06. or should it actually show the air to fuel ratio ex.14.7 like the wideband.

Re: Please help with my current hondata tune (RICH IDLE)
this is another datalog. shouldnt the aem wideband read the same number as the AF on the hondata? for some reason its not

Re: Please help with my current hondata tune (RICH IDLE)
your datalog. car is not fully wormed up. check your fuel pressure, ask the old owner what fuel pressure he tuned on.
but you should get it tuned
