CEL no hondata error code

Where it says 23mph I'm at a stop. The car acts like its in limp mode. The Hondata isn't showing any errors but the cluster has a CEL. So does any one have any idea what is going on??

Post your calibration, your s300 serial number and the version of software you are using from help about, as well as complete detials of what has been done to the car.

What is the s300 serial number that is on the circuit board inside the ECU?

What spark plugs are you using? It looks almost like the datalogging is freezing or the ECU is resetting.

I was running NGK iridium, now I believe it's bkr7e. This proble happened with both plugs. I heard the iridium plugs mess with the hondata thats why i changes them. If it is freezing or resetting what would be the fix to that?

Try the ECU in a known good vehicle and see if the problem persists, if it does then you know it is the ECU or s300, if it does not then it is something in your vehicle, such as wiring.

I don't really have another vehicle to try it in. What in the wiring could cause it? There no patter when it happens its random. Then some times it cleans its self, other times I reset the ecu.

You don't know anyone with an OBD1 Honda or Acura? You may want to try local forums and see if you can try the ECU in a local persons vehicle. This will help you narrow down where the problem is.

It doesn't happen every time though, they would have to run it for while for it to happen.
Do you think it could be the injectors?
Do you know of any one that has had this problem and how the resolved it?

At this point it could be any number of things. Part of the trouble shooting process is the process of elimination and by testing in another vehcile we can tell if it is a problem with the ECU or with something in your vehicle.

so have you heard of this before? and how did the fix it? is there any way to plug in a tester on the ECU to check it?

Have you double checked the soldering on the actual ECU socketing?

I haven't, I wil do that. I've checked the wiring befor but imma check that again also when it warms up.
