i cant see live actual values on my s300v2

my tune is locked from miller (CMR) but all i want to see is live actual values on how the car is running why cant i see anything on my display working , i have all green checks on the s300 and the computer is connected, i tried data logging and recording but my graphs show flat lines please help

i just spoke to him today i need to bring the car and ecu with my laptop so we can go over what i have to do thanks
