R18 Flashpro tunning

As you can see my engine exhaust manifold is different then most other turbo civics as the r18 civic doesn't have 4-2-1 extractors or anything like that.... What could cause the aluminum head to melt in this way? Is the tune not done correctly or is the head of this engine too weak to hold up too 300fwhp ?

It is impossible to say from just pictures. It could be tuning related, or a mechanical failure that let to a lack of coolant whch then softened the aluminum.
