kmanager is not opening after install have tried it on..

..two different computers windows 7. The program will install but not open. When I click on the desktop icon it gives me the wait sign for a few seconds then nothing. My friend is an it guy certified and messed with it for two hours and couodnt get it to run either. Any suggestions.
