need a map 83mm gsr turbo

need a map to get my car running...im new to this i can use any help n is appreciated in advanced...

start with p72 map enter injector size and add about 20% fuel on low cam map and add 180% for boost compensation and retard 2* per lbs of boost for saftey and you should be able to idle and adjust from there if you have a wideband itll b alot more easier

no wideband as of yet....how would i start the p72 map?
