Can you tell me if this ECU out of a 2002 Base Manual RSX has been flashed.

Serial# 2062-605232

No, there is no record of that ECU being reflashed.

That's good, because you should be receiving it possibly today or tomorrow for reflash. Can you include a sticker or two for me.
