Daughter board communication error

Hi i read the other post from hondata, and i don't have a relocated battery. the battery is charging at 14.7 volts it is also fully charged.
symptoms: my radio keeps shutting off and turning on, the car wouldnt rev past 4k i disconnected the ecu, and started working again.
today i was driving, and the car shutoff for 4 seconds, and turned right back on. i checked the daughter board and made sure it was bolted down tight.
i also get connectivity issues when i plug my laptop into the ecu. I can turn the key on engine off 30 times, disconnect the ecu, change the plug, and resart the computer then it will work.


any ideas?

Are you the same person that posted that the hood prop was arcing on the battery?
