Kpro3 4032k memory, wont download Kcal

I have the Kpro 3 S2000 version which came directly from Hondata, not a counterfeit. The onboard data logging memory says its full at 4032mb, also, when I attempt to download the kcal file from the ecu to laptop, the kmanager program crashes and closes. I have tried to download it on other laptops and the same thing happens.... what should I do?

The window that pops up is Kmanager has encountered an unexpected error and needs to close, this window pops up repeatedly before the kmanager closes.

What is the serial number that is on the K-PRo board inside the ECU? From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

I tried with the most recent release and the Beta. 3.1.6 and 3.2.2

I will have to go fetch the S/N and will post it shortly

Delete all on-board datalogs and make sure you are not datalogging when you try to download from the ECU.

I made another attempt to download per your instructions and kmanager still crashes.

Describe exactly what you are doing (do not leave out any details) including what windows you have open and what you are clicking on.

I first close all windows, disable my anti virus protection. Then I close all windows inside of Kmanager and I am sure that data logging is not on. Then I go to the menus, online and then download.

I get an error box that says kmanager has encountered an unexpected error and the kmanager crashes.

The ignition key'd to on but the car is not started.

I am using a Windows 7 64-bit laptop, it has worked fine in the past. I have also recently tried with a Win 7 32bit and Win vista and even XP, still the same problem reguardless.

When was the last time you uploaded to the ECU?

This should be fixed in a soon to be released beta version of software.

If you upload your calibration using the current beta version of software you should have no problem downloading from the ECU.
