Windows not recognizing FlashPro device

I did some datalogging and want to load it to FlashPro manager to analyze it. Windows is not detecting and displaying my FlashPro device so I cannot load my datalog. Thoughts?

What does it say at the bottom left of the screen in FlashPro Manager? From Help, About, what version of software are you using?
