S200 Blue Box falling apart?!

S200 Blue Box falling apart?!

My blue box input plugs are falling out, the Set Button plug fell out completely, is this something that I can fix myself or should i send it back?

Send the box and wires back to us, make sure you include details about yourself and what is wrong with the box.
