Start up tuning... does this seem about right?

Hi guys im new to the forum. Ive had this car d16 turbo a good few years now but never seem to have the startup right.

can someone with good knowledge please help me with this and just check over my datalog for a warm startup, and see if its normal? it starts... goes really rich for a few seconds then to about 15afr but sometimes it jumps to very lean. Anyway just see what i mean...

i will do a cold start in the morning and datalog that too, hope someone can help

played aboput a bit more, colder start.

changed the map slightly again across the fuel compensation for temps
and post start fuel
