Radiator Fan Control with JDM Calibrations

Hello everyone, I have a problem with JDM Calibrations. I can't change Radiator Fan on/off temperature though I can change with US Calibrations. Is this a software problem or we can't change it with JDM Calibrations?

This is the way the software is designed and is not a bug. I do not know if it is possible for this to be added at a later date.
