Bone Stock b18b1 base map

I have a completely stock b18b1 with a p75 ecu and my question is, is the p74 base map callibrations on s300 the same callibrations as a stock p75 ecu? i am asking this because i have a p74 ecu with s300 and i want to run that with the p74 basemap without having to make any adjustments to the map. i just want to mess around with launch control and full throttle shift.
