upload ???

It is winter here so my car is out in the garage keeping kinda warm. Here's the problem: no internet in the garage and the snow has me far enough away i cant get to the wifi to connect to the net. I just bought and connected in my s300, i made some maps and went out to load them. It seems like i was able to load them but after a few changes and uploads i was asked to register my s300 hondata. All my maps start the car but it stalls not long after startup unless i pump the gas some to keep it running. My question is did it let me upload at all? Does it let you upload a few times if you are not registered so i can at least try pull somewhere close enough to my house to get wifi signal. It seems my maps were all running the same (start and stall) so now im thinking maybe i never even had a map in it at all. Does the software let me load a few maps so i can get it running before i register?

It will not let you upload to it until you have registered. You may have to push your car closer to the wifi to be able to register.

Crap ok, thanks for verifying this before i pushed it closer. It is nothing but ice and snow here now.... i may need to come up with a new solution or high speed net (i really want out there anyhow) in the shop.... or a buddy with a mobile hotspot could be a option, for anybody else that has ran into this problem, thanks again spunkster!
