Guys,
I installed my ID1000cc injectors this morning, I changed the sized in the parameters and started the car, it fired up like it still had in the 310cc BUT now my A/F gauge which once read 13-14AFRs is now at a steady 17.
All of this on idle with no other mods done to the car as yet.
UPDATE:
I bumped up my fuel by 40% (i changed the increments in the settings to 10%) and its idling in the 14s again.
should i just bump my entire map up by the same 40%?
is this normal to have to add fuel after adding bigger injectors?
Changing injectors
Re: Changing injectors
You need to first set the injector dead times for your injectors. Many people find that setting the injector size to around 800 works better.
Re: Changing injectors
I reset all the fuel maps back to where they where before and used both 1000 and 800 and still got the same lean readings.
I bump up the fuel because i didn't want to drive the car with it being so lean (17:1) and set the dead times and they are not far off from the ones located on IDs web page.
My start up, idle and cruise AFRs are good now.

Re: Changing injectors
The times ID gives are incorrect. You may have to alter them to get it right.
Re: Changing injectors
can you post what should be used?
i did what you guys mention on page one and my dead times where very close to IDs times.
