S300 - P28 Obd1 - B8PSP

Gday,

As subject states. currently own a s300 p28 obd1 from a 94 honda civic hatchback. Currently having trouble getting B8 PSP function to work. I cannot get this function to change state regardless of applying 12 or grouding the imput - Could someone please shed some light.
