Hi,
I had a map working fine on my car using 880cc and EF9civic intake manifold.
Then i put 1300cc and ITR intake manifold.
I changed injector size to 1300cc in Smanager and started to datalog.
As expected it didn't work directly, I get lean AFR.
I added 5% in fuel table it's still lean.
Then 10% still same, so i added 15% and still same. I stopped there.
15% increase seems a lot.
So I wonder if the change of an intake manifold can have a such impact or if it is the injector conversion formula used in s300 that is wrong.
Note : I car was parked in a garage with wet environment.
intake manifold impact?
Re: intake manifold impact?
Are you sure you uploaded the changes? When you make a change you must tab out of the field for it to update as long as you have it set to real-time update.
Re: intake manifold impact?
yup, i know that trick.
if i didn't do it, it would have been a very rich AFR not a lean one.
(Just to be sure that the injector size change has been saved, i closed smanager and re-open it. Changed was saved.)
I will test erasing the ECU to check if it is better.
I don't think that ITR intake has more than 15% air flow comparing to civic Intake, maybe i am wrong
