p28 or p72 hondata for mini me swap in 91 civic (HELP)

I have a 91 civic with y8 head and a a6 bock(mini me swap).I'm able to get a obd1 p72 hondata for $600,but i need to know if the p28 hondata,is the correct application for my set up?please explain y.

Pick an ECU that runs the accessories [VTEC/IAB/KNOCK] that you need for your engine. Other than those accessories, the ECU can be tuned for your needs.

Base on your info the p28 would be a better application,because it as no knock or iab based on the info i pulled off the main page about ecu's.
Hondata can eliminate knock and iab if i'm correct,so it boils down to the price deffer.

Exactly. You can always use an ECU with every option, and simply disable the ones you won't be using. Glad I could assist.
