HELP ... ECU

My ecu in recovery mode and i don't know how to fix the situation. I recently updated the beta version, and connected to my car and now its in recovery.. And Flash pro keeps telling me my vehicle is unknown... Any ideas??

Unplug the FlashPro from the laptop and the vehicle, then unplug the ECU for a few minutes. While waiting, reboot the laptop, then plug everything back in and try uploading the stock the stock equivalent.

I'm sorry I have a 06 civic si. Ill try to resend the support information.
Spunkster- i'll try to remove the ecu and try that as well.
