I've been trying to setup some ID1000 in my s300 for my D16z6 vitara with Greddy TD04 turbo.
Anyone have any experience with these injectors I have not been able to set "current injector size" to 1000cc.
I was able to get current size to 775cc
Voltage: 0, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 24
dead time (ms) 1.89, 1.77, 1.33, 1.05, 0.93, 0.80, 0.80
I've tried it with both deadtimes one at 43psi and at 70psi. Because when I turn key on its 43psi and when I start engine it's at 70-75 psi. Which deadtime should I use?
Thanks in advance.

What fuel pressure does the car run at while idling and with the vacuum line disconnected?
If it is 70 psi then your dead times should be in the range of 1.5ms @ 14V, which is much higher than your current values.

Thanks. My FP is at about 78psi with vacuum disconnect from FPR.
Is it normal? I got stock FPR with Walbaro 255lph fuel pump.

1000cc injectors and 78 psi fuel pressure seems to be overkill. The problem is that when the voltage drops cranking, the injectors are not going to deliver fuel below 10V. I'd recommend lower fuel pressure. At 80 psi your dead times should be around 1.2 ms @ 14V

I have a fuel pressure set at 50 PSI with the vacuum line disconnected and 45 PSI when connected.
What are the correct numbers to file in the voltage compensation scale?
Doesn't matter when you boost?

Nobody's made a post on this topic in 2 months, so Ill be the first. Injector dynamics charts way off. I used the dead times for 43.5 and it idled rough and leaned out. Using those dead times you could set your injectors as 880's and itll run fine but idle rough. If you leave it at 1000cc and use the dead times in the 75psi table from Injector dynamics dead time chart(leaving your base pressure at 43.5) I found that my car idled great and stayed within my AFR's in closed loop. Obviously if your open loop youll need to make small changed to your fuel map.
