i need a help with a calibration

i have a b18c1 head with skunk2 pro stage 3 camshaft, skunk2 pro series valves, springs and retainer and my block is b20z2 with compression 12:5.1 in psi is 285 and i have harmonic damper and my transmission is b18c1 with final drive 4.78 and my clutch disc is exedy hyper single also i live in Honduras so i need your help how to tune

do you have a wideband if not that would be your start
also do you have upgraded injectors, fuel pump
