*update*
i messed with it today and put a new map in it to see what it would do. now the red light is solid and the car is running but running very rich as i can see fuel coming out the exhaust (it didnt do this before i put the new map in it) and nothing on the hondata reading...it has all the new drivers and is connected to the laptop. does this mean my s300 is bad?

What is the serial# that is on the s300 board inside the ECU? From Help, About, what version of software are you using?

Have you tried uploading a new base calibration from the New Calibration button?

Go to the online menu and choose erase ECU, it may take a few minutes to do this. When it is finished, close the program and reopen it, then go to New Calibration and upload a fresh calibration.

And if I do this and it doesn't work? What would a next step be? I'm asking cause I'm at work and I'm assuming you only get on during the day.
That's for your help also I really appreciate it!

well that fixed the problem with me not being able to datalog and read all the readings. but now my check engine light is on and no codes arent present. also i drove the car around for a little bit and the light turned red and it went back into limp mode then it reset its self to run better. the check engine light was flashing on while it was running bad, not constant like a blink but it was flashing and started mis-firing and running bad while it was doing this also.
to me it sounds like the chip might have a problem (but i am no expert) what do you think?

i know this is a month old thread but i have a similar setup as you besides i have type r cams but a smaller turbo so the map may need a few percent +/- also i have 550 injectors so just switch the offset i am not a professional tuner however i have tuned my n/a and turbo setups and no problems from either... also i included the datalog just so you can see it is a pretty smooth tune and i actually smoothed it up a little more today and have not datalogged anything yet
