If the engine is out, there really isn't anything to troubleshoot. All you can do is try your ECU on a known working vehicle.

CIVIC home with the S300 do not run the streets. I have a problem that vtec engages more,about smanager is online I can go on high tables.quant the vtec was active I can not go on high tables they automatically return

Go to Options and uncheck tables follow VTEC.
