wideband install. running closed loop setup?

set up is turbo b16 on e85 440hp

wired in my aem wideband to d10 eld

display reads dead on with guage

when i choose close loop and use wideband voltage to target 2.37v at idle it works great self adjusts to near 14.2-5.... but while driving it will read back and forth 13 rang to 17 rang.just back n forth back n forth.. i dont feel the car surging or anything..is this normal?

i understand how closed loop works by rich lean rich lean to try to stay at a average afr. but dont think the sensor should be able to read it unless its staying lean just long enough to register and vise versa..............

i see the peramiters to control how much it can adjust by and rich to lean and lean to rich settings.... does anyone have some insite to this?

solved........... thanks for the help guys.lol..

tried upping the rich to lean values to 90 and it stays steady around target voltage.
