S2000 with Vortech kit questions

I have an 06 S2000 with the Vortech kit that included Hondata tuning (I sent my ECU in to Hondata to be flashed when I installed the kit). I just bought the Flashpro and, before any changes are made, I would like to be able to get back to my base tune if needed, but it looks like there is no way to save it from the ECU. Is there a way to do that or is there some other option to get that base tune? I opened the one included with the Flashpro software for the supercharged S2000, but I don't think it is the same as what is on my car. Any ideas?

The reflash uses a different way of ECU tuning than the FlashPro, and can't be converted. Use the supercharged calibration as a starting point.
