installed s200b-Car Wont idle...and smokey

hay i just installed the s200b and put everything needed to put in p28...the thing is when i start it up it wont hold its idle and also plugs are black and wet...i am runnin rc 440's and walboro 255hp pump...is it the basemap that is to rich..oh yah and the hondata light was solid red the whole time...to make sure the ecu is not bad...i disconnected the j1 and hooked up the p28 with greddy blue box...and it idles fine..did it with both p28 that i have and same results...can anyone enlighten me?

I would suggest a different basemap.

figured it out at dyno...bad connection on map wire and really rich basemap
