cam angle reads -20 degrees

i have a vtec killer setup on a k20a3 using tsx cams, camcmd is locked at 0 and cam angle is locked at -20

car runs ok but is a little rich

Assuming that the cams have the same indexing and can work, then make sure that the correct sensor wheel is on each cam (they often get swapped) and double check the cam timing. I'd assume that you're also getting an error code, unless you have disabled the VTC phase error (which you should not do).
