Has this ECU been reflashed?

2068-200891

There is a sticker on the front of the ECU, it doesn't say Hondata anywhere, but it seems that the ecu is flashed for a super charger. Do I have to send in the ecu to get it fixed or do I go to my nearest acura dealer?

The supercharger is not on the car.

We have no record of this ECU being reflashed.
