knock questions

i have a k20a itr and i am using the itr calibration that came with kpro and i have a knock threshhold of 5v and my knock level at idle is between .1 and .7 and everyonce in awhile itll get to 1.2 for a split second but rarely and while driving its a steady .1 to .2 my question is, is this minor or is it somthing i should get taken care of before doing any real driving

First you need to determine if you are actually getting knock by listening to the engine.

this might be a stupid question but what will a knock sound like

If you are unsure of what knock sounds like you may want to consider having a tuner help you with this as you could severly damage your engine if do not know what you are listening for.
