Post by Hardcore97 »

I was just looking at these options the other day and was curious exactly how it works. did some searching but couldnt find a solid answer. would it be as easy as pushing the AC button to switch to the high boost map? also was curious how the 2 step would wourk with the brake switch? thanks for any help

You will have to rewire the swtich in order for thi to work. You can alternatively just wire a separate switch to the input wire of your choice.

If you are wanting to use the factory switch you will need to look at the factory service manual to see exactly how it is wired. This varies by vehicle and it is not possible for us to know how they are all wired. You will probably have to alter some wiring and possibly take apart the switch as well. It is much easier to use an aftermarket switch just wired directly to the input on the ECU you wish to use.
