problems running kpro

cal - Various
car - euro civic type r ep3 (04 reg)
mods - Hondata thermal intake gasket, CAI, 4,2,1 toyo sports header

i bought this ecu of ebay about a month ago, when i first connected it to my car it started and ran ok, as i was unsure of what cal was onboard i though it best to upload the standard euro type r cal and work from there. after uploading the standard cal the car turns over and fires a few times then cuts out, i have tried uploading various cals all with either the same result or no firing at all. i have played with immobilizer settings and unplugging the transponder, ignition and timing tables all without success. i have tried to get the cal off the ebay seller and he says he says he dosnt have it anymore but it was an I/E/H map??? please help

What is the serial number on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?

when connected to k manager and i click on kpro tab it says the serial number is 6146
