Will K-Pro & car run without a primary O2 sensor attached?

I don't have a primary oxygen sensor attached. Will K-Pro and the car run? I have a '04 RSX-S. I just need to limp the car to a shop. Do I just put KPro in open loop and I'm good to go? Thanks!
