Engine running temperature

I have a 2002 Acura RSX Type S JRSC. What is the best engine running temperature for great gas mileage and performance on a K series motor?

The economy comes from the tune... if your running hot, two fixes would be run a 165F Thermostat and some Water Wetter.
Diablo Sport, Kpro, Flashpro, AEM EMS, Delta Dash, Access Port, G4 EMS, SCT Pro, Livewire, X3 Power Flash, HPtuner Pro, Diablo tuning experience, still plenty out there.
