Hi guys,
Im running a JDM B18C with an LHT cooled JRSC @ 9psi.
I recently got my engine rebuilt and will get a retune soon. Im not sure if my previous tune is good for the car. I just want to make sure its safe to run this map even for running in the newly built engine.
I wanted to run the map available for download here, but then my car runs 725cc injectors instead of 550 injectors.
Can anyone offer any advice?
My engine specs are:
CP 10.5 CR pistons
Manley rods
supertech valvetrain

open the calibration, change the injector size, verify all parameter are compatible with what you have like map sensor and upload.

Finally got my car tuned today. Got 233hp and 157trq. Seems a bit low? Here are the specs.
90 deg F and 82% humidity
B18C
CP pistons 10.5 CR
Manley rods
JRSC LHT cooled
7.5 psi (ecu read 0.5 bar (7.5psi), but the boost gauge read 0.6, I guess the ecu is more accurate?)
Mugen intake
Kami header
2.5 inch exhaust with twin loop muffler
The dyno graph was DIN corrected instead of SAE you guys use stateside. I trasferred it to SAE corrected at the end and it was at 244/166.
Whats the difference between SAE and DIN?
What is the TCF ratio?
Also, what IAT do you guys see? Past 7,000rpm, my IAT goes up to around 140 deg F.
When SAE corrected, the HP seems close, but torque seems a bit low.
Maybe its my twin loop muffler being restrictive? Maybe the temperatures, humidity? Any thoughts?

Temp and humidity are what is causing the most lost of power.
The temps you are seeing at high RPM are normal, but the temps should drop quickly after the run with the LHT.

The temps don't really drop that much. During runs, the iat gets up to 140 (saw 145 max). And after the run, it drops to around 120 only. Maybe its the temperature and humidity here.

Doesnt say how DIN compares to SAE.

120 degrees seems right for the temp outside.
