My flashpro won't datalog! Need help

Hey guys so I recently bought a used flashpro and I was able to flash my ecu so I know that it has been unlocked from the previous owner's car and locked to mine correctly but I haven't been able to get it to record data logs!

This is what I've been doing:
- Plug flashpro in
- Turn engine on
- Press datalog button on flashpro (have also tried holding for a couple seconds)
- Drive like I usually do
- Press datalog button again when I reach my destination
- Turn off engine

The yellow/orange datalog light flickers right when I turn the ignition and keeps doing this throughout and makes no difference if I press the button or not, it's not a solid light like you're supposed to see.

I even set the datalog to automatically save but still not doing anything.
When I go flashpro---> datalog in flashpro manager it still shows the memory is untouched.



Someone please help I am getting so frustrated!!!!

I forgot to add, the yellow/orange light also flickers when it's plugged into the computer. I do not have a laptop so I have not tried datalogging with that, but the flashpro should be able to datalog without one correct?

I believe the problem may be related to the operating system you are using. Our software is only supported on Windows XP, Vista and 7. NT is not supported.

I am running windows vista, I downloaded the software off your site

I got the windows NT thing from Help---> About since you said you guys don't support NT and I am not running NT it's probably not an issue.

Also, for datalogging I am not able to get the actual flashpro hardware to datalog that's the problem I am having so my computer should not be affecting that am I right?
Is it normal for the datalog light to flicker/blink automatically when it has a power source?
When the car is turned off but the flashpro is still plugged in, I see that the power and datalog light simultaneously flashes every 2-3 seconds and so I know what the datalog light looks like when it's solid, but when it is plugged into the computer when the car is on the flickering/blinking I see from the datalog light is weak.

I am having the same issue with mine.
It seems to randomly sometimes work, but lately i can not get it to record. It uploads just fine, eventhe second profile, (I think).
Btw mycar is an S2000 and I am running the latest version of software.

Same thing here. I get the power light on the FP when it's hooked to the OBD2 port (but not a laptop), but the datalog light never comes on no matter how I depress the button.

07 Civic Si, Vista, and whatever the latest Hondata download was. Ironically when I had the Flashpro hooked up to the laptop the datalog light was flashing. Sadly it never did when I was trying to datalog so I never knew if it was working or not.

Yes I am able to load calibrations to the car, but I am unable to datalog with just the flashpro some of the time (sometimes it works no problem, but it seems like when I need to use it it does not work).
