Kpro not working after update???

I can't open my K manager icon now, after the update. I get a little box that pops up, saying "failed error". It worked JUST before the update though. How can I get it to work again?

I checked my Kpro, and it appears to be the real deal So what's the problem with not being able to get into kmanager after the update?

Try uninstalling your antivirus software then reinstall the Hondata software.
