What operating system, what is the exact message text and when does it occur?

What does the FlashPro show as in the device manager?

Have you followed the manual instructions http://www.hondata.com/help/flashpro/in ... rivers.htm or http://www.hondata.com/help/flashpro/in ... indows.htm ?

I just bought a 2008 Civic Si and i'm trying to install the drivers on to my computer as well because it says the drivers are not working. I followed all the instructions to manually update them and it still says they cannot be installed and to contact the company. this is what my screenshot looks like at the end of trying to do a manual update.

That message indicates that either you asked Windows to install the driver automatically, or you told Windows to look in the wrong place for the drivers. Unfortunately Windows 7 seems to go out of its way to try and stop you successfully installing the drivers.

Download the drivers from the post above.

Follow the manual installation instructions exactly.

I downloaded the drivers straight from hondata and followed the instructions all the way thru twice. I even tried rebooting after and even tried installing flashpro once again and still get the same message everytime. I've tried it manually for 64bit windows and 32bit. I had the same issue when running crome on another vehicle but I thought they just hadn't made it compatible for windows 7 because it was 2 years ago. Not sure if it's my laptop being this is the 2nd tuning software that cannot connect with the drivers.

My apologies, I have updated the drivers successfully. The issue I was having is that I have SManager downloaded on to my laptop as well and when i went to browse my computer to install drivers it was going to SManager instead of FlashPro.
