probleme with my flashpro [SOS HELP]

Hi,

My laptop that I was using for my flashpro just crash. I try to use another laptop but it can't recognize my hondata. I'm about to intall a header and need a new calibration... Can somebody help me? I did all the step that I have done before. Did I miss something?
